Your role at Clorox:
The professional in this role is responsible for assisting in all HR activities at the Clorox/Kingsford Plant. This individual provides confidential management for operations including discipline consistency, EAP, Affirmative Action Program, benefits, work schedule(s), plant vacant role filling process, recruiting, etc. This individual also serves as the SME for payroll and HR systems and provides corporate and divisional support.In this role, you will:
The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain and ensure compliance for payroll & HR systems. Manage Accounting / Payroll tasks (i.e. process payroll, pay invoices, reconcile PCard, enter receipts, etc). Support HR programs and processes (i.e. recruiting, background checks, onboarding, disability leaves, Workers Comp claims, vacation requests, Wellness program, Random drug screening, etc). Train employees in using time keeping system. OSHA log & labor hours reporting. Run reports as requested/required. Assist with CDP (Community Development Program) grant program. Assist with Annual Inventory. Assist managers/employees with day-to-day issues. General plant/office support (i.e. safety shoes, catering orders, office supplies, badges, mail, uniforms, monthly recognition awards/announcement, etc). What we look for:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong planning, organizing and adaptation skills Good time management skills Proven ability to multi-task and complete tasks Expertise in MS Office. Must be literate in MS Word and Excel. Working knowledge of SAP, applicant tracking systems and web-based programs preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
